Obedience Training Program
General Obedience With E-Collar
$1,500 – 2 Months
Similar to the general obedience program but includes the E-collar conditioning. The E-collar is a very effective tool for reinforcing commands from a distance. It is never used as punishment but instead as a mild form of pressure that we teach the dog to “turn off” with proper introduction.
Gun Dog Training Program
Beginner Gundog Training
$750/Month – 4 Months
At the end of this training your dog will have the foundation needed for introduction to the field or the duck blind. Before he or she goes home we will have some one on one training sessions where they will demonstrate their skills and allow you to do the handling.
Intermediate Gundog Training
$750/Month – 6 Months
By the end of this training program, your dog will be able to do blind retrieves up to 200 yards away on land and on water. This program is designed to create the ultimate hunting dog that will retrieve birds it saw fall and the ones that it didn’t get to see fall.
About
Our journey started in the early 1990s when I worked for my father in his large breeding kennel. There I learned the basics of K-9 handling and care as well as the importance of basic obedience training. Since then I have owned and trained my own dogs for use as pets as well as working animals. In 2015 I started offering my training services to friends and family. This quickly grew by word of mouth into a steady business. Through quality care and proven training tactics I have built a knowledge base that has been successful at obedience training all types of breeds large and small. Our facility is located at our home on a 13acre acreage so the dogs have constant supervision. We have large play yards for regular exercise times as well as a forest area with a pond for extra walks and swimming time. Our facilities are sanitized daily and regularly inspected by the Nebraska Department of Agriculture.
Breeding Program
Our breeding program focuses on quality. Quality genetics, quality performance, quality health and quality of life for our breeding dogs. We have very strict standards when it comes to selecting dogs for our breeding program resulting in only 1 out of every 3 prospects kept for breeding.
Facility
Our building facility was constructed in 2023, is fully climate controlled and certified by the Nebraska Department of Agriculture. Our training grounds consist of of our home acreage of 13 acres including pond, timber, restored tallgrass prairie and hay meadows. In addition we have access to several hay meadows and ponds within a couple miles of the home facility as well as several hundred acres on the Platte River less than an hour away.
